My friend, Dorie, owns a wonderful shop called Cotton Hearts, in downtown McKinney.  Whenever I go by her shop, I try to bring her a loaf of my chocolate chip banana bread.  It is her favorite!  My husband and I love bananas but can never eat them all, so when they are looking a little over ripe, I think of Dorie and make up a batch of bread!  Good to pay it forward!  You too can do the same and this recipe is always a winner!
